FIRM

The first rule of public relations is put a positive spin on everything. Rule broken. At most public relations firms the bar is very low. We know. We’ve worked with and for them. We’ve hired their people. And we don’t want to do it anymore.

There’s no substitute for experience. In most PR agencies, the senior people make a lot of promises as they pitch an account, then let junior people run your business. We like junior people – their energy, creativity and talent are priceless. They help us figure out how to communicate and market in this brave new world of ours. But if you hire us, you get public relations veterans who do the work and a great support staff too.

We listen to our clients. We’re incredibly good at what we do, but we’re not arrogant. We know you have a lot of people to please inside and outside of your organization. We work with you to do the best job possible within the world you work in. Our clients’ needs come first – always.

We’ve travelled and worked in many countries and know it’s a big world out there. We’re flexible. And we think locally and globally.

We answer these three questions for all of our clients:

• What do you want your clients, prospects and the media to remember about your brand?
• How do you maximize and grow your brand across all communications efforts?
• Which outreach efforts will get you the most attention in markets moving at breakneck speed?
