The Story of Health

Healthcare reform is one of our nation’s biggest challenges. Health insurance costs rose more than 20 percent in 2010, according the Kaiser Family Foundation, and take a large chunk out of many families’ incomes. Access to affordable care is a 21st Century mandate for all Americans. But most of us have no idea how to find quality care at a fair price.

That’s where Stern Communications comes in. We work for the good guys, innovators in the health field who are improving patient care at affordable rates and want to make a difference in the lives of all Americans. We are optimistic about the future of healthcare even though we live in a world that deserves a great deal of cynicism.

Our experience includes:

NIAAA and AAAS

– Research, development and production of a book for parents, web site, an e-book for students and lesson plans to help parents understand how alcohol use can affect their adolescent’s body, and help teachers communicate it to their students.

A.D.A.M., Inc.

- This healthcare data company does cutting edge work for corporate clients, helping them manage and communicate about internal benefits programs to employees. Stern Communications is working to promote the work that A.D.A.M. does and some its products including a Web site to help consumers and school officials understand what kinds of airborne illnesses are out there and how to address them.

Healthcare Distribution Management Association

– Researched and rebranded this healthcare communications giant from a niche association to the leader of its industry. We worked with board and senior executives to make the process as smooth and accessible as possible.
